Matomo Analytics was designed with privacy in mind. This means some privacy protections are enabled by default, and other features can be configured to enhance user privacy even further to follow the strictest of privacy laws. Matomo gives you full control over your analytics, allowing you to decide how much data to collect and what level of detail you need. Whether you require only basic insights or extensive analytics, Matomo provides the tools to help you meet your privacy obligations.
