How do I migrate all my data from Matomo for WordPress to the Matomo Cloud?

Step 1: Export Matomo for WordPress Data

Before migrating your Matomo for WordPress data to our Cloud service, you will need to export your data to a locally hosted Matomo instance. This step is necessary because we are not able to directly migrate data from WordPress installations to the Cloud. A guide for this process can be found here

Step 2: Complete Matomo Cloud Migration Form

Once you have exported your Matomo for WordPress data to a locally hosted Matomo instance, please complete our migration form here. This form will provide us with the information we need to successfully migrate your data to the Cloud.

Additional Information

The WordPress installation must be installed into a standard On-premise installation before exporting a database compatible with our Cloud service.
