(b) Analytics – Audience Measurement Tools
By default, we only use anonymised audience measurement tools for the sole purpose of measuring the audience of our websites to measure performance, detect navigation problems, optimise technical performance and usability of our websites, estimate the necessary server capacity, and to analyse viewed content, etc.).
Matomo Analytics uses first-party cookies and JavaScript trackers for audience measurement purposes to produce anonymous statistical data and exclusively on our own behalf. First-party cookies are set by the domain you are visiting. They do not track your activity across different domains and they are not shared with external domains or third parties.
Some EU supervisory authorities (e.g., France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands) consider such website analytics strictly necessary or essential for the operation and routine administration of websites or applications and as such, they exempt them from the legal requirement of obtaining prior consent, provided that consent conditions are met, and the website visitors are able to opt out of the tracking.
You can opt out of the consent-exempt analytics by unchecking the opt-out box in our Privacy Policy.

Our cookies process the following data:
- IP address (masked to at least two last octets of IPv4 or IP6 equivalent, see also: IP anonymisation.
- Date and time of the request.
- Title of the page being viewed (Page Title).
- URL of the page being viewed (Page URL).
- URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page (Referrer URL).
- Screen resolution being used.
- Time in local user’s time zone.
- Files that were clicked and downloaded (Downloads).
- Links to an outside domain that were clicked (Outlink).
- Pages generation time (the time it takes for webpages to be generated by the webserver and then downloaded by the user: Page speed).
- Location of the user: country, region, city, approximate latitude and longitude (Geolocation).
- Main Language of the browser being used.
- User Agent of the browser being used.
Matomo JavaScript
We use Matomo Analytics to collect information about how our Websites are used by our visitors. We do it in a way that does not identify you:
- random visitor ID
- visitor config_id – a randomly-seeded, privacy-enabled, time-limited hash of a limited set of the visitor’s settings and attributes, valid for less than 24 hours and only valid for one particular website domain.
We produce aggregated reports for:
- A/B testing results.
- Referrer URL data sets.
- Title and URL of the Matomo page visited.
- Geolocation of visitors (city, country).
- Custom dimensions (e.g., page categories).
- Goals (e.g., sale events).
- Crash analytics (tracking browser errors).
- Media Analysis (views, play duration).
- Form interactions (views, whether completed or abandoned).
- We do not track any of the actual entered data.
Where permitted we may track:
- Ecommerce (products viewed, order ID, time stamp when order was made).
- Heartbeat (time spent on page).
- Campaign effectiveness (traffic, engagement, conversions).
(c) Functional
These technologies improve the user experience but are not essential to delivering the services requested by you. For example, third party cookies enable us to embed video content (YouTube) on our website or cookies for our chat functionality provider (Userlike).

We embed videos from our official YouTube channel, using YouTube NoCookie, Privacy Enhanced Mode. This means that no Google/YouTube cookies should be set until you actively interact with the video and the view of a video shown in the Privacy Enhanced Mode of the embedded player will not be used to personalise the YouTube browsing experience. We ask you to consent before the video is loaded. Once you consent, Google/YouTube may set various cookies.

2. Withdrawal of consent for cookies
The modification or withdrawal of consent for the placement of cookies can be made by clicking on the “fingerprint” button on the bottom left corner of our website to reopen our CMP and change your settings.
3. Managing cookie preferences
In the Consent Management Platform (CMP): If necessary, we will ask for your consent to the use of certain cookies described in this Cookie Notice when you access the Websites.
