How do I get SSO with SAML or LDAP in Matomo?

Matomo supports enterprise authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) through both SAML and LDAP integrations in both Matomo On-Premise and Matomo Cloud.

Matomo Cloud

The SAML and LDAP authentication features are available with the Matomo Cloud Enterprise plan. Enterprise customers benefit from managed hosting, product updates, technical support, and access to enterprise features, including SSO integrations.

Matomo On-Premise

  • SAML authentication is available as a Marketplace plugin with an annual subscription (30-day free trial available). Active subscriptions include updates and support.
  • LDAP authentication is available as a free Marketplace plugin developed by Matomo.
