How do I ignore or unignore a crash?

You can choose to ignore selected crashes so they are no longer tracked nor appear in your reports. The ignored crashed will be retroactively removed from past reports. You can view all ignored crashes and select to unignore those errors that need investigation.

Ignore a crash

1. From the Matomo dashboard, select Crashes in the reporting menu to open Crash Analytics.
2. Select a crash table report, such as All Crashes.
3. Hover over the crash row to display the available actions.

4. Click the plus + icon to See Crash details.
   

5. The crash report will open showing the technical crash details.

6. Select the option Ignore this crash.
   

Unignore a crash

1. If you have ignored a crash and want to unignore it so it appears in your reports again, go to Crashes > Manage Crashes.
2. Under Ignored Crashes, click the eye icon for the error you want to track again.
   

After managing the crashes, use the Crash Analytics reports to investigate recurring issues, monitor new crashes, and confirm when fixes have resolved them.
