Why are the prices being increased?

Today, Matomo is faster, more secure, and easier to use, with improved performance and updates to features like Cohorts and Funnels, along with more granular reporting and increased customisation options. We expanded our support team globally to provide better assistance and invested in infrastructure and server performance to ensure a smoother experience. The price increase will support the ongoing development of new features, security updates, improved design, and faster performance.

  2. Click on the Administration cog icon in the top menu.
  3. Go to Billing > Account to view the updated pricing plan.

Where can I view my previous price plan?

To see your previous invoices and compare with your new pricing plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Matomo Cloud account.
  2. Click on the Administration cog icon in the top menu.
  3. Go to Billing > Invoices to view your previous invoices.

When will the price increase take effect?

The new pricing will automatically take effect on your next billing cycle. No action is required on your part.
