Tracking data

Matomo provides several ways to collect tracking data, depending on your application, platform, and technical requirements.

Most websites use the JavaScript tracker, while native mobile apps and server-side applications can use Tracker SDKs or server-side tracking. If you cannot add tracking code, you can import web server logs or use pixel tracking. For complete flexibility, you can send data directly using the HTTP Tracking API.
