How do I solve it when form submissions don’t work anymore with the Ultimate Member plugin?

The forms submissions (eg the registration form) doesn’t work anymore when the matomo short code [matomo_opt_out] is included in a linked privacy policy page in the form.

Please remove the [matomo_opt_out] short code from the linked privacy policy page to make the form work again.

If you don’t want to remove this short code, please report this issue to the ultimate members plugin developers.
