Why the reports are not up to date in Matomo Cloud?

Most** of the reports in your Matomo dashboard need to be processed: the raw data must be enriched into aggregate data (report data).
This is a scheduled event. How often are Matomo Cloud Reports processed? Reports which include “today” are updated as follows:
- “Today” reports are updated every 6 hours
- “Today” reports for segments are processed within 6 hours after the next day. This means segments reports for “Today” are not available. Only for the previous day.
- “This week” and “This month” reports are updated every 12 hours (processed twice a day).
- “This year” reports are processed once a day.
- Reports for “finished” days and periods should be available within 1-4 hours after the day is finished.
In the entire dashboard one report is live (Visitors** > Visits Log) and four reports are nearly live (several seconds latency): Realtime Visitors, Realtime Forms, Realtime Media, and Realtime Crashes, all visible in the navigation menu of the dashboard.
