You can view all your historical invoices in your Matomo Cloud account if you are a “Billing Owner”. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Log into your Matomo Cloud account
  • Click in the top menu on the “Administration” cog icon
  • Click in the left menu on “Billing” and then “Invoices”
  • You can now view an invoice

If you don’t see above-mentioned menu items, then you are not a billing owner. This means you need to ask a user who has these permissions to do these steps for you. Alternatively, an existing billing owner can also promote your user to have the “Billing owner” permission by following these steps:

  • Log into your Matomo Cloud account
  • Click in the top menu on the “Administration” cog icon
  • Click in the left menu on “Billing” and then “Billing owners”
  • Enter the username or email address that you wish to promote to a billing owner
  • Click on the “Plus” button
