Matomo Mobile 1.9.2 is a follow up release to the recent 1.9.1 release. The new Matomo Mobile includes the following changes:
- Added possibility to view graph in fullscreen
- Fixed some login issues
- Network error messages contain more details about the occurred error
- iOS: Requires now iOS4.3+
More details about fixed login issues
We noticed some users got a “HTTP 403 Forbidden” response when Matomo Mobile makes requests to their server. In those specific cases the servers sent a 403 response because of the used User-Agent Appcelerator Titanium/2.1.3 (iPhone Simulator/5.1; iPhone OS; en_US;). Therefore, we changed the User-Agent to:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_2) AppleWebKit/537.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/21.0.1180.89 Safari/537.1 for all requests Matomo Mobile is performing to your server. If you still get a 403 response, just let us know or have a look at your Server configuration and your Server’s error logs. There’s a good chance that “mod_security” or something is blocking Matomo Mobile.
We also fixed a bug where most network erros were displaying the error message “A data request to http://example.com timed out. Please try again.”. We fixed this issue and you should now get a proper and more detailed error message if any error occurs while requesting your server.
