How ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ are determined

Data Warehouse exports run in scheduled 6-hour time windows. For the first automatic export of the day, the export starts slightly before the beginning of the day. A small buffer is added to ensure that late-arriving visits are not missed. The export then runs through the end of the first 6-hour window, which is approximately 00:00 to 06:00 UTC, with a small adjustment for the buffer.

Each subsequent export continues from where the previous export finished and processes the next 6-hour block of data.

What ‘Next Scheduled’ shows

The Next Scheduled value shows the start time of the next automatic export window.

All timestamps are standardised to UTC to ensure consistency across exports and integrations with external data warehouse platforms.
