Unfortunately not. The Matomo Mobile app for Android and iOS doesn’t work with the Matomo for WordPress app currently because the mobile app doesn’t support the WordPress JSON API. If this is important to you, you may want to use Matomo On-Premise or the Matomo Cloud instead.
