Invite a new user if email hasn’t worked?

If you are having trouble sending or receiving invite emails, you can use the “Copy link” feature.

You will find the envelope icon on the user management dashboard.

Clicking the icon will give you the option to either copy the invite link or resend it.

Click to copy the invite link, your clipboard will capture the invite link, simply paste it into your browser or an email.

If your browser denies access to the clipboard, the entire invite link will be displayed on the notification.
