How do I track many of my online forms into one form in Matomo?

When editing a form, you can configure multiple forms and conditions to be tracked as a single Matomo form.

1. In Matomo, go to Administration > Websites (or Measureables) > Forms and open an existing form or create a new one.
2. Under the section, Track interactions in this form when any of these criteria match, add the forms and conditions that should be grouped and tracked as a single Matomo form.

Grouping multiple forms into a single Matomo form can simplify reporting where different forms share the same purpose or conversion goal.
