How to check the cohort report for a specific A/B test variation?

Ever wondered how to check the Cohort report for performance of A/B test variations. Well, it is possible in Matomo.

Creating a Segment based on the A/B test variation name and applying it to Cohort report will give you a clear picture of the performance of the variation matching the condition of Segment. To ensure accurate reports, each A/B test variation name must be unique.

Note: Matomo Cloud users already have the Cohorts and A/B Testing features included. Matomo On-Premise users need to install and activate both plugins (Cohorts and A/B Testing) before using this feature.
